USAL4EXCELLENCE fulfils the quality standards set out in the European Charter for Researchers. Fellows will have access to all administrative and human resources structure of the project with USAL for any kind of support. Furthermore, fellows will get support from USAL Alumni Association, University Promotion and Orientation Service and Professional Insertion Internships and Employment Service. ERs and their supervisors/mentors will receive, when and if necessary, mental health support provided by the USAL Social Support Unit of the USAL, including briefing sessions.
